Sam's Club Plus Now Includes Walmart+. Here Is All You Now Get for the Same $120
Sam's Club Plus members now get Walmart+, including a free streaming service, at no extra cost. Here is everything the $120 membership includes and what the upgrade is worth.
Sam's Club just made its top membership a much better deal. On October 20, 2026, Walmart announced that a Sam's Club Plus membership now includes Walmart+, and the price did not move. Plus is still $120 a year. What changed is everything that comes with it: free delivery from Walmart, fuel savings, a free streaming service, and the rest of the Walmart+ perks, all stacked on top of the warehouse club benefits you already got. Here is a look at what Plus gives you now.
What a Sam's Club Plus Membership Includes
Sam's Club Plus lists at $120 a year. For that price you get everything in the regular Club membership, which is $60 a year after this year's fee increase (it was $50 before), plus a long list of extras. First, the Club basics:
- Member-only priceson bulk staples, brand names, and Member's Mark
- A second cardfor another adult at your address
- Instant Savingsrotating discounts at checkout
- Scan & Goscan and pay in the app, skip the line
- Free curbside pickupfor online orders
- Member-only fuel pricesat Sam's Club gas stations
- Bonus offersearn Sam's Cash
- Travel and entertainment savingsplus a $60 eGift card each year with a T-Mobile plan
Then Plus adds its own extras:

- Early shoppingplus early online access to deals
- Free pharmacy deliveryplus pharmacy savings
- Optical, hearing, and pet prescription savings
- Auto and tire savingsthrough Sam's Garage
All of that has been true for some time. Those are the perks you got for moving up to the top tier before this update. Sam's Club does not say how many of its members have Plus, but Walmart's latest quarterly report credits growth in Plus penetration, meaning the share of members on the higher tier, for part of the rise in its membership income. Adding Walmart+ gives members on the basic Club tier a big new reason to move up.
The New Perk: Walmart+ Comes Along
Here is the big addition. Walmart+ is Walmart's own paid membership, and it costs $98 a year or $12.95 a month on its own, and you can still buy it that way. Now it also comes included with Sam's Club Plus at no extra cost. Walmart+ perks include:
- Free delivery from Walmarton orders of $35 or more, $6.99 fee below that
- Free shippingno minimum, on items sold or shipped by Walmart
- Fuel savingsup to 10 cents a gallon at participating Walmart, Exxon, Mobil, and Murphy stations
- Burger King deals25% off digital orders and a free Whopper every three months, with a Royal Perks account
- A free streaming service, your choice of twoPeacock Premium, which is $129.99 a year on its own, or Paramount+ Essential, which is $89.99 a year on its own. Both are the ad-supported tiers. You pick one at a time and can switch every 90 days.
- Free flat tire repairat Walmart Auto Care Centers
- Free 24/7 vet accessthrough the Pawp app
- Travel perksWalmart Cash on hotels, car rentals, and tours
- Early access to salesto Walmart deals and releases

The Free Streaming Service Is Worth Real Money
Walmart+ comes with one ad-supported streaming service of your choice, Peacock Premium or Paramount+ Essential. Per Walmart, you can have one at a time and switch every 90 days, and you have to register with the service. Here is what each would cost on its own:
The Peacock prices come from Peacock's price notice, which took effect August 18, 2026. The Paramount+ prices come from Variety's report on its January 2026 increase. Paying month to month, a year of Peacock Premium runs $155.88 and a year of Paramount+ Essential runs $107.88. Either way, the streaming perk alone is worth about as much as Walmart+ costs, or more.
Adding Up What the Upgrade Is Worth
Think of it this way. Before October 20, getting these perks meant paying for Sam's Club Plus and Walmart+ separately, which came to $218 a year. Now a Plus membership delivers all of it for $120. And if you already pay for Peacock or Paramount+, the included service can take over that bill. Here is what the new perk is worth, using the annual prices above:
If you already have Sam's Club Plus, you are not paying anything more, and the included service is the ad-supported tier, so anyone who pays extra to skip ads will want to keep their own plan. In the second and third rows, you would not have been paying for Walmart+ at all, so the savings come from the streaming service you can drop, and you pick up the Walmart+ perks as a bonus.
How to Get It, and What to Watch For
Walmart lays out how it works for each type of member:
You can join, upgrade, or link accounts in the Walmart or Sam's Club app, or at walmart.com/plus/samsclub. A few details are worth knowing before you do, according to ClickOrlando and Walmart's announcement:
- Only the primary Plus membercan activate Walmart+. A household cardholder cannot.
- The streaming perk stays with the primary memberwho gets one service at a time. Some other Walmart+ benefits can be shared with one other adult at the same address.
- Annual onlywith no monthly option or free trial.
- Accounts must be linkedbefore the Walmart+ benefits turn on.
- Check card perks firstIf a credit card currently pays for your Walmart+ or a streaming service, switching could mean losing that credit.
- Delivery has minimums$35 on scheduled Walmart orders and $50 at Sam's Club, and fuel savings vary by station.
A Much Bigger Bang for the Same $120
For anyone who already shops at Sam's Club, this is a clear win. The Plus membership now covers your warehouse club perks, Walmart delivery, fuel savings, and a streaming service in one $120 package. If you only shop at Walmart and have never set foot in a warehouse club, it is a tougher call, because the upgrade only pays off when there is a Sam's Club near you. Either way, pull up your renewal dates, add up what you pay for memberships and streaming, and see how the new Plus membership changes your total.
