Here’s how it works. While you’re gathering the items on your shopping list, take out your phone, open the Family Dollar app, and tap the barcode-shaped button in the top-right menu. Hold your phone up to the barcode on the back of the item you need to buy, and the app will instantly tell you if there’s a store coupon available for that item!
If there is a coupon available, just tap “Clip Coupon”, and it’ll be in your Clipped Coupons when you check out!
Of course, there isn’t always a coupon for one particular brand, but nothing will stop you from scanning all the alternative brands to see if there’s a great coupon available that could save you money on a comparable product.
When you check out, just be sure to enter your phone number in the credit card terminal to apply your digital coupons. As a bonus, you’ll get to play the SmartSpins game after you check out!
